Troubleshooting: Forms

• Nothing happens when I click "Use System Processor" or "Use Other Processor"
• Some or all of my form fields are yellow instead of white
• My cursor jumped outside of the red box - perform steps noted below:
  
  • If you have not begun to create form fields, simply click your mouse back inside of the red box and begin typing
  • If you have begun to create form fields, or are finished with your form, highlight then cut and paste all of the form's contents back into the red box and save

• Some or all of my form fields are yellow instead of white
• Nothing happens when I click the submit button
• I'm getting an error message when I try to submit a form I created
• I set up a hidden field for required answers but the form is allowing me to submit it without answering those questions
• I'm not receiving the form submission email
• The email received after form submission is incomplete or blank
• The email received after form submission contains multiple versions of the same questions and answers
• The email received after form submission contains strange characters like the "%" and "&"
