Title

The title of the pending page will be listed here and will be linked so you can review the contents.

  2. Review/Edit the pending page contents and click the Exit Exit icon in the upper right corner of the screen to close the window.

Contributor

The Contributor's name will be listed here and will be linked so those with access can email that person and provide any necessary feedback. Clicking the name will bring up your default mail client, allowing you to communicate with the page contributor. The email address associated with their people record in your site will automatically appear in the To field of your email program. If an email address does not exist in your People manager database, the To field will be empty.

Date

The date and time of the last modification to the pending page will be listed here. The time will be based on the Time Zone selection set in your Home Page Settings.

Memo

While generating their pending page, the Contributor has the opportunity to add a memo to the page. This allows the Contributor to relay information to the person approving the page. If a memo is attached to the page, an icon will appear in the memo column. Clicking on the icon will show the memo's contents.
