Can I put a document on my site?

Yes. 

 

You can upload virtually any type of document ( including, but not limited to: Word, Publisher, Excel, PDF, OpenOffice File, Pages, Numbers, MS Works, Corel File) to My Files and then create a link to it on a page in your site.

 

You can also copy and paste the text content of virtually any document into your site.  We recommend that you remove all formatting from the text just before copying it or paste it into a plain text editor such as Notepad (Windows) or TextEdit (Mac) before pasting into your page to prevent formatting issues.  See "What is the best way to copy and paste content into my site" for more info.

 

You cannot place a document directly on a page in your site using our editor tools, however, you can use a service like Scribd to embed documents directly on your pages.
