Is there a way to backup or archive my entire site?

While we keep daily backups of all of the data on our servers, we do not keep separate backups of the individual sites.

 

Since items in the site can't be retrieved once they've been deleted, it is very important that you keep a backup of the content and files on your site.

You can use the Archive Record icon Archive Record button in the top right corner of the screen to email a copy of the contents of the page you are working on.  The email is sent to the email address listed for whomever is currently logged in.  You can be sure the email address is correct on the Admin Profile tab of the Account manager (if you don't have People manager) or in the appropriate profile within the People manager.

 

To backup files in the My Files area, you can click on images and then right-click on the image preview and select "Save As" to save the file to your computer's hard drive.  To save documents and other files, click the file name and wait on the dialog box to prompt you to Open or Save and choose Save.
