Can I manage my email accounts?

Yes, we can set you up as an email administrator allowing you to add, edit, or remove mailboxes and alias accounts. This includes the ability to reset passwords for the mail accounts.
 
To do this, someone with administrator level access to your site should send an email to customer support containing the request to setup an email administrator and include the site ID number and a password with a minimum of 7 characters (letters and/or numbers). A confirmation will be sent when the request has been completed.
